Bethune House is one of our favorite deliveries due to the warmth of the welcome we receive on our breakfast delivery runs there each week! The refuge and their umbrella NGO the Mission for Migrant Workers do amazing work protecting the human rights, worker rights and providing food, shelter and opportunities for displaced foreign domestic helpers in Hong Kong. This week, Bethune House turns 35 and Home Kong Kitchen was honored to be invited to help them celebrate by recording a short video message for them. The message will be uploaded to their facebook page following a special Zoom presentation event this coming Sunday (Sept 26)!
