2022 has been a year of dizzying highs and dastardly lows. Highlights of the past year include our spectacular Easter Bun Run and collaborations with 3D Jelly Artist Siamy Tan. But our biggest achievement of 2022 was simply to keep going during the 5th Wave when restrictions on movement and gatherings were tough to navigate and panic buying was causing food shortages and terrible suffering for the homeless, migrants and refugees. In Sept 2022 we were proud to receive a certificate of recognition from Bethune House and the Mission for Migrant Workers for supporting migrants in distress through the 5th Wave. Yesterday, we said thank you the best way we know how by delivering an epic quantity of food staples and festive treats to the migrant women of Bethune House. A HUGE heartfelt thank you to all of you in our magnificent community who so generously contributed and spread much needed festive cheer to the most vulnerable. Special thanks to volunteer Deepa Tolani for kindly loaning us her driver at short notice and making our final delivery of 2022 so pleasurable!
